Shipping & Returns

RETURNS POLICY: Since all items are custom made, all sales are final. No cancellations or returns or exchanges are made.

SHIPPING TIMES: Most items are special order and made after the order is received. Shipment will be 10 days after confirmation of order in most cases.

SHIPPING POLICY: Designs By Belinda Joe wishes to protect you against unauthorized or fradulent transactions. Because of this, we recommend that your order be shipped to your credit card billing address. In doing this, you will also help avoid delays in processing your order. Should you have a P.O. Box as your billing address, please make sure you have the physical mailing address you are requesting on file with your credit card insurer. We understand that this may be an inconvenience, but please remember it is for your protection.

PLEASE NOTE THAT WE DO NOT SHIP TO ADDRESSES OUTSIDE OF THE UNITED STATES.

REFUSED SHIPMENTS: If a package is refused for delivery, the customer will be responsible for a 50% restocking fee plus actual shipping charges fro both the original delivery and for it's return that are incurred by Designs By Belinda Joe as well as any other related costs.
